Heat Transfer Vinyl Printing
Heat transfer vinyl printing is perfect for small quantity orders or add ons like names on duffel bags or the backs of hoodies. This isn’t your at-home vinyl printing. We use the highest quality vinyl and machines on the market - the same as the NFL uses! - to provide a long lasting, quality product. Our printing typically outlasts the lifetime of the item it’s printed on. We actually had a parent come in with their elementary kid’s hoodie that was 2 years old. The hoodie was in shambles, but the print looked brand new! We have a wide range of colors available, including neon colors, ANSI grade reflective, colored reflective and the extremely popular glitterflake!
Traditional Screen Printing
Traditional screenprinting is the art of pushing ink through a mesh screen onto your substrate, such as a t-shirt or sweatshirt. This method is perfect for designs with distressed features. Each color requires a different screen, and they’re carefully lined up so all the colors combine to create one cohesive design. Because of the labor involved in creating the screens, there is a minimum requirement of 12 shirts (or other items) per screenprint order. Cost for screenprinting is based on the number of colors in the design, size of the design, and number of pieces being printed. The more pieces = a lower print cost per item, so it’s most cost effective to place a large order at once, rather than ordering as needed.
Full Color Digital Prints
Full color digital printing allows you to print full color designs in a cost effective way. Cost is based on the size and quantity of the design, rather than the number of colors. It’s a great way to print designs with lots of colors, details and shading.
Computerized Embroidery
With its durable quality and traditional look, embroidery gives you that extra professional touch that cannot be achieved with printing. It sends the right message on uniforms, caps and all other commercial and personal garments. With our dual 4 head computerized embroidery machine, we are able to embroider your design on a wide variety of items, providing you with a high quality, long lasting product. We offer up to 15 colors per design (including glitter/metallic threads!) and no quantity minimums.
Twill Embroidered Designs
Tackle twill is a type of embroidery method that involves sewing custom-cut twill patches or appliques onto fabric. This method is used most often for letters or numbers (like on professional team jerseys), but any shape or design can be custom cut and sewn onto a garment. Tackle twill is a naturally sturdy and durable material, making it ideal for large, simple designs. It can be layered for multiple colors. For some large designs, it’s a more cost effective method than regular embroidery. Glitter twill designs are a really popular option for school hoodies!
3D Puff Embroidery
3D puff embroidery is a popular option for hat designs that have simple lettering or logos. It really helps the design stand out and “pop”! The mascot or some of the lettering is raised to add depth and height to a design. This is a great way to achieve a high end embroidered look.
Sign Vinyl
We utilize high quality sign vinyl on our Camelbak water bottles and window sign vinyl designs to make a lasting impression. These one color prints are dishwasher safe, and last on the outside of car windows through rain, sleet, snow and automatic car washes! Our stock school Camelbak water bottles are printed with sign vinyl and are a popular birthday gift! We have a rainbow of colors to choose from to create the perfect personalized items for you.
Rotary Engraving
Rotary engraving is a method in which the tool, or cutter, cuts into the surface of the material to a predetermined depth and produces a groove of the same shape and dimension of the cutter. We do nametags, trophies, and tons of personal items with this method of engraving. Our in-house engraving team provides a quick, cost effective way of personalization to make your items beautiful, unique and will last a lifetime.
Laser Engraving
New in 2020! Our in-house laser engraver is made to engrave just about anything. Laser engravers can customize wooden objects and products, engrave glasses or ceramic cups, etch on stone or plastic, mark coated metal plates, print on fabric and leather, and so much more! The amount of detail you can get with laser engraving is mind blowing. Stainless steel hot/cold tumbler drinkware, acrylic awards and leather patches are among our most popular items.
Sublimation
Sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric/substrate together as one. It’s the best method for printing personal photos on all sorts of items, including apparel, keychains, plaques, coffee mugs, flags, blankets, and more. These designs print full color, just as you submit them. We can also add text to your photo and do minor adjustments to your photo to bring your message to life. This is the perfect method for printing photos onto fabric for custom made quilts!
Banners
Full color vinyl banners are digitally printed with your logo / design. Priced by the size of the banner, rather than the number of colors. Custom sizes available to meet your needs. Durable metal grommets allow these banners to be hung inside or outside. We can use your artwork or help you put something together.

Embroidered, woven, chenille, 3D puff, leather and rubber patches available in custom sizes. We’ve had customers bring in old, well used patches for us to match and create new. Custom sizes. No minimums required for most styles, though pricing is best with orders of 50+ pieces.

We sell the highest quality, USA made flags for the United States of America, Washington State, and POW MIA. We also create custom flags for your business or group. Standard size is 3 x 5 feet, but smaller and larger sizes available as well.
Jensen Lee Duffel Bags
Jensen Lee offers the best quality duffel bags around, made of heavy 18 oz water treated canvas, and they’re made by hand right in Seattle, WA! We carry the local schools in stock, but can also create completely custom as well with no minimums. Bags are made to last with a four year manufacturer’s warranty, though have a history of lasting WAY longer, with customers still using them 15+ years later!
